Strategic Goals
Airline Service
Increase enplanements by at least 10% per year beginning in 2014 with a goal of reaching 20,000 departing passengers per year by 2016.
Increase the number of scheduled large jet charter flights by 30% per year for the next four years.
General Aviation
Re-build a strong and vibrant aviation community that meets regularly and promotes aviation in the community at large.
Increase business aviation activity by 10% as measured in jet fuel sales by January, 2015.
Marketing and Promotion
Establish active airport Marketing and Promotion committee to develop and execute a marketing plan, including an appropriate budget.
Economic and Commercial Development
Increase and diversify revenue sources to sustain the airport operations through commercial and economic development aircraft related initiatives so that these diverse sources represent 75% of the budget by 2017 through increasing airport related jobs by 40%.
Airport Operations
Enhance the Airport’s ability to perform and accomplish snow removal and applicable reporting in a timely fashion during ongoing snow events.
Create an environment that ensures tenant satisfaction.
